Unqualified employees and poor service they left bolts loose on my front end my vehicle was dangerous to drive out of there I will never go back

Very positive experience at Gateway Tire. They made me look like hero to my wife by purchasing 4 brand new tires, getting the oil changed, new wipers and also getting a much needed alignment. Her vehicle is running better than it has in years and we look forward to putting our vehicles in the hands of Gateway for our future / on going tire and service needs.

Once I requested oil to be checked & if needed change it. The vehicle was my mothers. They changed the oil, I paid for the oil change and tire. I found out later the oil had been changed 2 weeks earlier. I got my money back. Today I paid for service over the phone while out of town.Instructed mgr. to leave vehicle outside and to lock the keys in the vehicle. I would pick vehicle up when I got in Friday night, I was going out of town Saturday morning. Well the vehicle is on the inside of their building. So much for leaving ea... read more
