BIG, BIG, BIG thank you to Gateway Tire in Franklin!! After working a 13-hour night shift in charge of a Medical ICU that is caring for COVID positive patients, I came out to my car with a back tire pressure of 2! I had a large nail sticking out of my tire. I braved the drive to Franklin and Gateway took me right in, patched my tire, and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. Work has been so stressful (and I’m also in grad school-which is also stressful), Gateway and their staff made this horrid morning SO much better. ... read more

Excellent service. Quality workmanship at a very reasonable price. Repairs are done in a very timely manner and they accepted my extended warranty. Nick was great and kept me in the loop with the progress of my repair
Excellent service from Gateway! I dropped off my old wheels and tires as well as a new set of tires to have my wheels remounted with the new tires. I dropped them off Monday morning right when Gateway opened and said I didn't need them until later that afternoon around 4:30. I got a call around 9:00am that my tires were done and ready to pick up already. Larry did a great job getting the tires mounted and balanced out. Thank you so much for the great service!
I’ve got nothing but praise for this place. From the time I first used them in 1993, until the time I most recently used them, today (2 Aug 2018), I’ve never had regret one. Highly recommend!
