This is the second time I have caught them lying about a tire rotation being done! I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation even though I had an appointment. For waiting so long, it was on them, however I mark a tire and it was in the same spot after as it was when I brought it in and I called them out on it. I am now questioning if my oil was even changed. Do you do this because I am a woman, don't think I will pay attention or is this what you do to all customers?
I was very impressed with the customer service I received here! I have previously leased a car from a different dealership & the customer service was awful so coming here was a breathe of fresh air! Tim Brandt is not only funny, he is helpful and cares about finding you the perfect car. He did not try to up-sell me on things or put me in a car way out of my budget. They misrepresented a vehicle that had been damaged on their lot and fixed at their body shop as having no previous damage. They insisted that it had a clean history. I wasted 14 hours driving. I have never had a worse buying/not buying experience.
Today, Feb 18 2016 I dropped my vehicle off at 9am for an oil change and to fix a door that didn't open. At 5pm I called to see why I didn't have my vehicle yet, I gave my name and number to the person who answered the phone and she said all people in the service dept were busy and they would get back to me. It is now 6pm, I called again after no one called me and now am told the service dept is closed and I cant get my vehicle. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! Although I did not buy a car (decided to wait to save up more $), Ryan McGarry was so incredibly nice and helpful when I decided to look at a Chevy Equinox. He laid out what my trade in was worth, what my monthly payment would be and how much an extended warranty would cost. I was so impressed! He offered to talk to my parents if they had any questions (i'm a first time buyer on my own). As soon as I have the money, I will be back to buy a car from Ryan!
