One of the worst experiences of my life. I went there last week to ask about getting my headlight fixed on my elantra and told them that the connector was fried. So we set up an appointment for the following week which was yesterday to get it fixed. My appointment was at 930 and i didnt even leave till half past noon. The service department told me they didnt have the part after hours of waiting on my car and said they would have to order it. I cannot believe your employees think it's acceptable to talk smack about a customers car, that they purchased from you, and then call them names? Really? Don't go to this dealership if you want to be treated with respect. I will be speaking to my bank about dropping the loan and buying a car elsewhere.
Service department today was universally rude. The four people I spoke to implied I am stupid, which I'm not. The man specifically working with me made it very clear that he thought I am an idiot. I've bought three vehicles here, I will never come back.
