Worst dealership ever we had our car for a week and it's a piece of shit!!! They won't do anything about either now we are stuck with this shitty car for a year!!! They blame the bank
Waited over an hour for an oil change, only two other people in the waiting room. When asked how much longer it took them asking 3 different people to figure it out.
Friendly staff and nice area to wait in. Just in for an oil change and tire rotation... love that they always wash my car!
A lot of dealerships will rush you through the process just for a quick sale but I never once felt rushed here. I traded in my Malibu and leased a 2018 Sentra and walking in I wasn’t completely sure leasing was a great idea. But all of my questions were answered, even if I thought they seemed a little silly. Seriously cannot thank Nate, Jeff, and Nick for being so friendly and easy to work with!!
Went in because my key fob wasn’t working even after I changed the battery. Proceeded to treat me like I was incompetent and checked the battery in front of me. Wasn’t told this would take a half a day to fix so I was set up with a rental. Got called saying my car was just about done and when I arrived, it wasn’t done. Come to find out when I get home that my after market auto start doesn’t work any longer after getting a new fob. Very frustrating to not have good service and to have to go back again to get something fixed.
It was an awesome visit we were just getting our oil changed and serviced always friendly and accomadating
