Gateway will always have my business! By far the best vet in Statesboro. Dr Gary and the staff are all wonderful and they do a great job with Misty and Shadow. Highly recommend them!
Everyone at Gateway is always friendly and efficient from check in to check out. I drive 45 minutes to have my dog groomed by Cindy Lou. I’m not sure how she does it, but my dog is never stressed out when I pick her up! I have tried several different groomers prior to Cindy, and my dog ended up with scratched cornea, peritonitis, and terrified. Cindy and Gateway are the best!
Dr. Gary and his staff are wonderful! They are always helpful and understanding and compassionate. I love this place!

This the best vet I have ever been to. Very kind and loving to your pets. Listen to u and explain with detail also don’t judge if u can’t pay or do a lot in one day instead try to help u with a solution to get through till u can. Will never take my pets anywhere else. Recommend everyone to give them a chance not expensive like most and best care is giving.
my dog got mauled by another dog after hours , they were waiting for us to get there and took him right it. I will definitely use them again.
Every experience I’ve had here has been amazing! My dog gets really nervous and stressed out at the vet, and she yelps pretty loudly even coming into the vet much less when she’s actually being seen by the vets. The staff is amazing with her, making sure she’s okay and trying to calm her down as much as possible which I appreciate. They also are very good at communicating with me, reassuring everything is fine with my pup when I bring her in. I will definitely bring my pup here as long as I’m in statesboro!
The staff at this hospital are AMAZING. They will go above and beyond to make sure your fur friends are as healthy as possible. The staff always make sure to answer any questions you have and never make you feel rushed. LOVE this hospital.
