Timeliness with appointments, friendliness of staff in helping me get a scared dog inside for her first visit, caring from staff, techs and vet. The vet was very gentle with exams and gave me options on treatments and answered my questions honestly about alternative treatment for fleas. When I called later with a question, the phone was immediately answered and question resolved. I plan on taking my other pets there, even though I live outside of Statesboro.

All of the staff at Gateway Animal Hospital have always been friendly and courteous towards me and my pets. I appreciate all of their help explaining how to give medications to my pets. The staff are also helpful in explaining procedures that my pets may need at a future visit. I trust them to give my pets excellent care.
Excellent service and very welcoming! They explained what we needed to do for our kitten! Can't say enough good about everyone from making the appointment to picking up PeeWee after surgery! ❤
