Everyone was so kind in answering my questions about my new pup and her spay surgery. Over the phone and in person, Gateway had outstanding customer service. The workers were very knowledgeable and very calm in the midst of the many people in the office. I can tell they treated my pup well. One of the technicians also got many of my dog's scabs off of her skin which I was very thankful for. Thank you for going the extra mile for my pup!
I had to make one of the toughest decisions of my life last month and put my beloved hound dog to sleep. The staff was kind, supportive and very attentive. Today I received a card with my Rocco’s paw print on it. Thank you so very much! My animals will never see another vet again.

Friendly staff, clean environment.
Gateway has been my go to vet since my wife and I got our first dog and now having to dogs and two cat(who will be visiting gateway very soon) we are still using them and never plan on changing unless we have to move. I just wish the still have after hours.
Everyone is so compassionate. They really do care about you and your pet.
