Dr. Gary and Dr. Pruitt are both knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend them and their staff!
This is no other vet or Dr that even comes close to the staff at Gateway. I have been coming here for almost 9 years and I have never had an issue, a complaint, or even close to a bad experience dr. Edwards really genuinely cares about his practice, his patients, and the fur babies that come through there. God forbid I ever leave Statesboro, the next vet that I should happen to find has a mighty big shoes to fill.

Our dog Maggie was having trouble urinating and when we called the emergency line, Dr. Pruitt returned our call quickly (despite the early hour); she met me and our dog at the clinic and took great care of our baby. Dr. Pruitt kept me updated by phone all day, and didn't get frustrated with me calling to ask about her. When Maggie had additional issues, Dr. Pruitt helped us again! She truly cares about her patients and is thorough with them. She also deals well with overprotective pet parents! :) Thank you, Dr. Pruitt!

My mother's dog and her best friend's dogs we're the first two customers when they first opened and we've gone there ever since! I've never taken my animals anywhere else either. Superb service and love for your pets.
We took our 9 month old dog, Oscar, in for neutering on Friday. We left him at 8am and picked him up at 4:30pm. The Dr. used the laser for incision and there are no external stitches. I'm an RN and it took me a while to actually find the incision! He is healing nicely and was back to his normal self later that evening. The service we received at drop off and pick up was top notch. Thank you all for taking such great care of our Oscar!
