Edited 7/24/18: It is very disappointing that when things happen that affect the safety of the tenants (such as the mugging in one of the parking lots on 7/20/18) that we are not being notified. The tenants should be notified from the apartment complex, not find out through the news. We have lived here for 4 or 5 years and it’s ok. Obviously I'd like in unit washer dryer, a garage and a patio so we can grill but it's a nice little (affordable) apartment for the two of us and our dog. Like many people living here, this was a temporary home for us while we looked for a house for our growing family. We have lived in many different apartments along the way. Here you're not just an apartment number, they actually treat you like a person. From day one I have been very impressed with how kind and personable all the office workers and staff are. Nice warm friendly place to stay and a lot cheaper then most of the apartments around here
This is the 2nd lease I've signed with the gates & I haven't had any problems. All I see on these reviews is complaints about being towed and parking passes being stolen.. First of all, lock your car. If your car is locked, no one can get in it to take your pass out.. Problem solved. Second, the towing is in place for a reason. The lots get crappy during the winter from all the snow, do you want them to just plow your car in and make it even worse? I doubt it, so move your car to a safe zone and you won't get towed.
