This morning. Their maintain guy came into my apartment without knocking the door. That time I was sleeping in my room.i heard two people sound. I think maybe it’s the worker. I wanted to go out open the door. What a fuck. The manitain guy are in the apartment. They did not knock the door. Two of others roommates did not hear the knock either. Shit. Fuck you !!!!! This is the best place to rent a nice apartment in the Rochester area! clean and friendly staff!
I need reasonable notice before state inspectors come over, so maybe I can be DRESSED and AWAKE. Oh, and apparently people just get stabbed here upon occasion. But we only have one security camera???

I've lived here now for 5 months and it's great! Have not had 1 problem. I love it!!
Amazing and personable office staff, great maintenance/housekeeping crew, one of the most affordable housing communities in Rochester!! What more could you ask for? 10/10 would recommend!
