I highly recommend Gates Hyundai of Richmond! There is so much value found in the Hyundai product and the safety ratings are top notch. The team at Gates took good care of us, great communication online, they had our test drive vehicle ready when we arrived and it was smooth sailing from there. Very knowledgeable and thorough finance department. We were very pleased. Great value, beautiful vehicles. Solid trade in offer. Have you heard about ventilated seats? Think about it!
DONT SHOP HERE. I inquired about a cheap (less than $5k) car. I knew what I could afford with my trade-in. They wouldn't approve me for that one but we're more than anxious to put me in a 2016 car that I didn't even want or ask about. And had the nerve TO SEND OFF A CREDIT LOAN APP for almost $10,000. It obviously got denied but they sent off a credit request for a loan ...using my information WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Several times. I had the best experience with Gates Hyundai. I just bought a used 2016 Sonata and it was so easy! I work and go to school so I had to make sure I got the best deal for not only my trade-in, but the Sonata as well so I wouldn’t put myself in a bind and Buddy made sure of that! I can really only say one thing about the service department. They make every effort to get you in and out quickly they do a great job and if needed will pick up and deliver our vehicle you can't get any better than that.
My husband and I came over today and purchased a new hyundai accent value edition and we love it. We worked with penny through the process and she was absolutely wonderful . We will most definitely be going back there for any other vehicle purchases and will be requesting penny again. Thank you all for a wonderful buying experience and a special thank you to penny for being so wonderful through this whole process.
