RecommendedI'd been researching vehicles for a while and settled in on a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Had a great experience with Gates. I am hopeful that the car will be a great purchase but our service was outstanding. We worked with Greg Fath and he was very nice, helpful and understanding. Don't buy the Hyundai Elantra --paint problems --2 year old car paint pealing--Gates response can't help you --traded in 12 year old Toyota with good paint--not going to happen again!
My husband and I just bought a 2018 Elantra. Phil was excellent to work with. He worked hard to get the vehicle and price we needed. I highly recommend him!
The service there is excellent. I trust them with my car and they have never let me down. I call Danielle Yarber for an appointment and she gets me in right on time. They do a great job. Prices are fair. This is the only place that I will have to work on my car.

I had a great experience with Gates Hyundai yesterday! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel like I was the ONLY person there shopping for a vehicle. They didn't make me feel rushed and was ready to show me every vehicle on the lot if that's what I wanted. I went in expecting to purchase an SUV, but ended up choosing a Kia Optima Hybrid. I love my car and love the friendliness of everyone! I will definitely be referring people to them, which will be many people since I am an Auto Insurance Agent!
