RecommendedI'd been researching vehicles for a while and settled in on a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Having done business with Toyota South (Gates Auto group member) in the past, doing business with Gates Hyundai was a no brainer. I worked with Brandon Lewis on the purchase. Everything went smooth and fast. Although they didn't have to, they delivered the car to me here in Harrison County. Rock n roll! 😀
Had a great experience with Gates. I am hopeful that the car will be a great purchase but our service was outstanding. We worked with Greg Fath and he was very nice, helpful and understanding. We didn’t feel pressured. This was my first purchase from Gates but I would recommend them to anyone. I would like to say not only did Greg treat us wonderfully but so did the rest of the staff! Don't buy the Hyundai Elantra --paint problems --2 year old car paint pealing--Gates response can't help you --traded in 12 year old Toyota with good paint--not going to happen again!

Not only did they BEAT my local dealers best price by $2000+ dollars, they handled all the financing at an EXCELLENT rate, answered the overwhelming amount of questions we had, they detailed the car & delivered it to my driveway (a 4 hour drive away) AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!! I had a great experience with Gates Hyundai yesterday! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made me feel like I was the ONLY person there shopping for a vehicle. They didn't make me feel rushed and was ready to show me every vehicle on the lot if that's what I wanted. I went in expecting to purchase an SUV, but ended up choosing a Kia Optima Hybrid. I love my car and love the friendliness of everyone! I will definitely be referring people to them, which will be many people since I am an Auto Insurance Agent!
