had my first oil change on my new car done yesterday. the lady in the service dept was super sweet. they even washed my car for me before I picked it back up. I've had nothing but a pleasant experience from gates from the start of my purchase.
My son had lost his wallet in a car and they took the time to send it back to him. Some sweet people :)

Got the pleasure to work with John May during the purchase of our new car. I usually hate the process of dealing with car dealerships(sorry guys) but he made the process so much better.
