Would recommend 10/10! Very welcoming. Decided to visit Gates Hyundai after having a horrible experience at another Hyundai dealership in Lex. I’m so glad I made the drive to Richmond! My husband and I had a great experience! We had the opportunity to work with John, Brandon and Michael, they were all AMAZING! They did not try to up-sale and were great about working within our budget. We are so happy with our 2020 Kona! :)
