I bought a used 2013 Elantra. My husband and I drove all the way from Troy, Ohio to get it. The sales team was great. But....when I got the car home we realized that there was no Owners Manual. My car has the technology package so that owners manual is pretty important. We contacted our salesman about and he notified us that we would have to pay to get one because apparently the owner before us did not return it with the vehicle. I purchased my first car on my own a few weeks ago from Gates. I stopped at Gates on a Saturday evening hoping they would be closed so that I could just look by myself, compare prices, and research Hyundai as I did not know very much about that brand. They were not closed and before I was on the lot for 5 minutes, an employee came to help me. Everyone was really helpful, full of information, and not pushy at all. They will do anything to sell u a car but the service department sucks big time and they are very slow and rude. Every time we have it worked on they mess up and the wonderful Hyundai warranty isn't any good. The new service manger is rude and doesn't know anything about customer service and what happened to unlimited car washes promises promises
