Service department has a new manager that sucks. Used to care about the customer now all they are about is making money. Matt used to make sure everything was taken care of and car was washed before you left. Last 2 times had it in for service , Danielle was the advisor no car wash used to think it was a 5Star but now no so much!!!

We are so happy with the sales/service we have gotten at Gates Hyundai since our first purchase in 2012. Had no plans to trade our 2012 Elantra for a couple more years but your offer of trade-in value and sales price on a new model was so great we could not refuse. Love our 2014 Elantra, just like the first one. Brian, you are one good salesperson, no high pressure sales here, just helpful answers.

Fantastic sales team. Brain and Stewart are awesome. Brian took time to give us lots of info on our new 2015 Sonata. I LOVE MY NEW CAR. We had to drive from Louisville but it was worth it.
Buddy was an exceptional sales person who made us feel very comfortable listened to us as to what we wanted. I really enjoyed dealing with Buddy and Brian, this is the second car I have bought from Buddy. I will always go back to Gates Hyundai to buy my next vehicle. We are very happy with our new Elantra. All the staff was very welcoming and making us comfortable.
