I will never in my entire life do any Service with this company again. I bought an 07 Rav 4 not even a year ago and it has an oil leak and they won’t help me do anything with it. They won’t trade it or look at it or anything even though I have paid them every dime that I owed them. They are shitball of a company and I don’t really know how they are in business.
I got a suv from them the engine went out in less than 45 days. I went back to them because the guy named Brian said that they take good care of you all for him to be very rude, curse me out then threatened to put me off the lot because he said he didnt like my facial expression. I dont know why he expected me to look happy when i traded my car in which still ran and he called a piece of junk all to recieve a piece of junk from Auto Sales in return. The manager at the Arlington lot (Brian is a rude prick) guys at service department are rude as hell , cars are overpriced ripoffs.so n a nutshell hell no I would not recommended buying anything from them.

Washington Street location is the worse place and their representative Agatha or whatever her name is has the worse attitude ever. My car was stolen from in front of my daughters house and they wanted me to pay to get the car from impound and pay to get another key. And Haggetha had the nerve go to the Arlington location if you want great service.
They are Manipulators,especially when it comes to women,and they are liars. Almost $1,800 for a downpaymet on my truck,$90 for a new battery,and $225 to get a Alternator plus my car payment..but yet it didn't start up,i had to get another jump..Which can only mean,my alternator was not put in..I have had this truck for a month,and I'm barley able to drive it.. I have told Leroy numerous of times i need reliable transportation..I paid my money like I'm suppose too,so I'm excepting for my truck to be fixed or i will be getting... read more
Amazing all around !!!! Great people , great service , and never had a issue with my vehicle and if i needed to be late or anything they always worked with me. I recommend them all the time ! Communication is key 😁 thanks for great service !
