Their office hour posted online is Mon-Fri 7 AM - 3 PM. I called them at 11 AM during the workday and it said "Our office is currently closed please call next business day"?! Also, I totally agree with Scott Eisenberg's review that "Billing department is a complete disaster". I got a bill from them. First, the telephone number left on the bill never works. Medical personnel are great. Billing department is a complete disaster. Paid in full online in January. Still getting statements for full balance due. Called. Spoked to people, said it would be fixed. Not fixed. Usually I would say if the doctors are ok you can work with the medical staff. Here, no. Do yourself a favor and find a different place l.
I had a colonoscopy done here 7 years ago and I needed a copy of the report sent to my physician. I called and spoke with Laurie. She took the information and faxed the report immediately. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT! I want to give my personal appreciation and thanks to Laurie for a Job Well Done! Please recognize her outstanding performance. She deserves it!
