Dr Piesman was thorough and explained my procedure beforehand and results afterwards. Highly recommended and will continue to see this provider.
We were told by primary doctor I had a mass in my pancreas, were referred to Dr. Piesman, he treated us with kindness and reassurance that the mass was probably not cancer. His staff was great, gentle, helpful and patient with a very scared old couple. Once we met Dr. Piesman at the hospital we knew we were in very capable hands, the mass was a cyst which he drained during the procedure. His explanation and kindness was a balm for our spirit. Dr. Richard Shaffer who currently completed a Colonoscopy is by far the best physician practicing this procedure and one that you will not be apprehensive about when you choose him. This is my second time having done this procedure in over 10 years but my first here in Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio. Dr. Shaffer is professional, caring, unexpectedly funny & has a great bedside manner. He very thorough and knows his stuff.
I've been to several GI's that were good, but none were as good as Dr. Shaffer. He was very friendly, listened to my concerns, took a genuine interest in my health and spent time figuring out the best course of action. I didn't feel like just a paycheck. Highly recommended
Each encounter I’ve had with Dr Jackson has been excellent. He has cared for myself and elderly mother and has exceeded our expectations with his expertise and compassion.
Dr. Arnold is the consummate and caring professional with the heart to listen and help his patients. He explains in detail what he has found and what treatments he is prescribing in an easy to understand vocabulary. I would without reservation recommend him as a trusted doctor.
