Dr Jackson is a no nonsense professional. Friendly, thorough and extremely competent. Office is very efficient, as well.
Due to IBS issues, I see Dr. Jackson at least annually, in addition to the periodic 5 year colonoscopy. The staff is always professional, efficient and most often punctual with appointments. Dr. Jackson has a warm, direct manner with specific and precise questions for our check ups often suggesting options for potential treatments focused on improved results. He is extremely well informed on emerging treatment protocols and medications. I appreciate that he instills confidence in his knowledge, skill and care.
Setting the appointment was easy and fast, check in smooth, saw Dr. Jackson before and after the procedure, with pictures in the latter conversation. All was cool and easy.
Always ready to address my gastro issues and never rushes. This is a great place to go for gastrointestinal care.
Dr. Jackson was very thorough and knowledgeable in every area of my GI issues (which are many). He was patient and allowed me to ask any questions. He came up with an initial treatment plan, including vital procedures and tests, but he made me feel very much a part of the decision, rather than talking over my head with technical medical jargon. Scheduled my colonoscopy with Dr. Jackson because my previous Gastroenterologist retired. I am pleased to report that Dr. Jackson is an excellent Gastroenterologist who demonstrated compassion and sincere concern for this patient.
I have been going to Dr. Jackson for about 10 years and have only good things to say about his practice. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain ailments, treatment, medication, etc. With other specialists, it is common to wait over an hour and a half to see the doctor. I can't remember a time that I waited more than 15 minutes, to see Dr Jackson. His nurse Janet is incredibly helpful and expeditious about assisting with medication requests and questions.
