Dr Arnold and his staff were absolutely wonderful. Dr Arnold was very thorough and showed a lot of empathy. He helped me with a banding procedure that was quick, painless and effective in resolving my issue. Unlike most doctors, he also cared about what I could afford, which I appreciated very much. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackson and his staff. In plenty of time prior to my procedure, I was contacted about my insurance, had my prescription sent to my pharmacy, and was given clear and explicit instructions on how to prepare and what to expect. The day of my procedure, I was admitted with only a short wait, treated very kindly and professionally, had everything explained to me and was given socks and an extra blanket to keep me warm. Well, I was a little nervous but the staff and the doctor explained what would happen in great detail. After the anesthesia was administered, I was completely out and I don't even know how long it took. After the procedure, the doctor spoke to me and explained the results and everything went fine, thanks the the doctor and his staff.

I have been with GCSA for many years (10) and Dr Michael Piesman has been my doctor. I have a chronic condition that requires periodic procedures to monitor for disease progression and possible cancer intervention. I scheduled my routine procedure a few weeks ago and got a call informing me of what my out of pocket expenses would but was also informed the anesthesia would be out sourced to Alamo City and GCSA could not tell me what that cost might be. My procedure, upper endoscopy, on 4 June 2020 was very successful.
