Dr. Jackson is certainly one of the finest MDs I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is so kind and caring, yet very straight forward and to the point. The whole Remote TeleMed visit was so well done and the follow up with his staff and referral for CT Scan at Stric Imaging was flawless. Then the coordination on prescriptions and setting up follow up including an in office visit was super. All of this happened over a two day period, which is unheard of in medicine today. Hats off to Dr. Jackson and his staff.

It was like being there in the office. I had a little trouble with my phone. Otherwise i was real satisfied with the way we conducted my visit. Felt like i was in the office, talking with face to face with Dr.Jackson. I was real happy with my visit.

I was very satisfied with my tele-appointment with Dr. Jackson. Doing the tele-appointment allowed me to stay home and not expose myself or possibly others to the C)VID-19. He went over my labs with me. Once the pandemic is over Dr. Jackson will schedule me for a fiber scan.

Since 2016 I’ve had a problem with my food getting lodged when I eat. I sought out Dr Jackson and he took care of me. Ever since my surgery I’ve been doing very well. If I still had any problems I would contact him and he would help me Figure out the issues I’m having and he would take the time to backtrack and help me understand what different things we can do for me to get better. Dr Jackson is one of a kind doctor ,he is very caring and very understanding. Thank you Dr Jackson for everything that you done.

I found the video appointment to be a very positive experience, pretty straight forward, almost like being at the office. The fact that there was no wait at all made it very pleasant. The video/ audio quality were superb. And best for last, Dr. Jackson was awesome and addressed all my concerns patiently, professionally and was very kind

I enjoyed having a phone interview for an appointment since there has been restrictions on being in public, I felt like it met all my expectations of a person to person appointment, only safer at this time during quarantine. Thank you
