Never saw the doctor. I left after being ignored in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time. I arrived earlier than they requested, filled out paperwork stating they will charge for YOU being late. Front desk never advised doctor was running late, seemed to get annoyed when I asked how much longer is my wait time? After being ignored 45 minutes I left. Great explanation, very personable, took care of problem, very efficient staff, great doctor compassionate and kind.
There are so many positive things that i could say about Dr Arnold and that still would not express the Excellence of this provider!! He always walks in with a smile :) , he is very compassionate and listens to me when we discuss my health issue. The genuine care of this provider is outstanding. i couldn't have been referred to a better provider. Thank you Dr Arnold i wish there were more caring providers like you.
I researched all Gastroenterologists in my area on multiple websites, and I selected Dr. Arnold because of all of the positive reviews provided by his patients. My review of Dr. Arnold is a summary of ALL of the other positive, patient reviews because he is that outstanding. I have had several Colonoscopies, but everything about my Colonoscopy with Dr. Arnold exceeded all of my expectations. I have been a patient of Dr Piesman for approx. 12 years. Recently I had testing done, and I was told by the medical assistant that the PA would call me with my results. Well, here I sit for 2 days and haven’t heard anything from the Doctor, PA, or medical staff to send medication. I still have pain in my side. I’ve called the clinic twice yesterday and twice today and still no one returns a callback. I just don’t understand why nobody can return my calls. Despite a very busy surgery schedule, Dr. Arnold sat down with me in the recovery room after my procedure to tell me how everything went and answer any questions. He is very caring, friendly, and easy to talk to. All of the care givers in the surgical center that I came in contact with were kind and caring. I would recommend Dr. Arnold and his staff without reservations.
Doctor Arnold always makes you feel so comfortable in his presence you want to see him again. He always smiles. He always has a kind word. I wish there were more Doctor Arnolds in this world!
A colonoscopy is it a pleasant experience but Dr Shaffer can leave you laughing. He always had a joke to tell and on the serious side he provides you with every bit of information about the procedure results and answers any questions you might have. In my old age I have quite a few doctors but he isn’t absolute favorite.
