I am not about writing anything bad on Facebook and was hesitant about doing it this time, but after reading so many bad reviews I did. I did not receive my flowers yesterday(valentine's day), i tried calling several times and never got an answer. Today when I called, A lady, which i will not say her name out of respect, simply said "we had a lot of order and new drivers." Really? Thanks for ruining my Valentines. I placed an order and paid top dollar for this and the flowers never arrived. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from a flower shop.
