so sad 😭 poor wedding bouquet for a friend, I kept getting excuses, poor customer service, not what I wanted not answering my phone calls until I went in person flowers did not even last 5 hours ... picture speaks for itself. Will not order from here again. I used the order all the time since around 2010 customer service and designing has Changed.
Ordered a prom coursage for $35.00, elastic fell apart as it was put on. Had to drive across town for my son's gf senior prom to have it remade. Gave them the benefit, ordered my son's boutonniere for his prom today and they didn't even make it. Told me to wait 20 more minutes for it. I had already picked it up later than the time promised. Clearly I was upset, they didn't seem too concerned. I would NEVER recommend this place. I love this place! I don’t live in Laredo anymore, and the closest thing I can get my parents on special occasions is flowers! I’ve ordered twice from them already, and the flowers are exactly like the photos, they’re delivered pretty quickly, the prices are fair, and the website is so easy to navigate! Will continue to buy from here! There’s so many flower shops and out of all of them, they have their website actually functioning.
