Very disappointed. Ordered flowers for my significant other for Valentine’s to be delivered to her office and they didn’t arrive until she was almost ready to leave for the day at 4:15. I called multiple times throughout the afternoon trying to get ahold of someone to ask where the flowers were and the phone was never answered. I highly recommend using another floral delivery service if you’re looking to have your flowers delivered in a timely manner or value customer service.
