If a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep is what you want, shop at Sisk Auto Mall in Hopkinsville. Use this dealership only as a second option. If you do buy from here, make sure youre reading the fine print. Theyre underhanded.
My husband and I purchased a Dodge Durango from there and when we left, the check engine light came on. We took it in for serice today and they said that the check engine light is not covered under warranty. I read the reviews and saw some great things about this place, but it has been a complete nightmare/headache for me and my husband. At one time I couldnt find better service. Then once the employees I worked with either quit or transferred, I soon found out why. All US Soldiers, stop by the Consumer Affairs Office before car shopping and read some of the complaints. No, I did not get my Dodge there.
Absolutely one of the worst places to buy a vehicle, new or used. One check of the BBB should be all a person needs to stay away from this horrible dealer.
I bought a new PT Cruiser convertible..... the sales staff was easy to deal with...they treated me fairly on my trade-in.....I have had the car for about 4 months and its everything I wanted and more !!!! .... the service staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I had...... I heard a lot of varying stories about peoples experiences, but I can say truly that Gary Mathews is a great place to buy a car !!!!! Experience it for yourself and youll see.........
We bought a used Dodge Grand Caravan that we thought was a bargain. Nevertheless, not only were we left standing, we were send home without anything, not a registration document, handbook, concurrence for repair of a dent, and not even shown what the vehicle has (tools and spare) and their location. We werent evenj shown how to operate the things it is equipt with. It is the worse place to buy a car.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR LOT guy the manager promised to put leather seats in my Tahoe when I went back he said he didnt know me looked in the computer the said he could for 1800 after telling me it would be on him
My husband and I bought a mini van at their used car lot. We got GREAT service. I suggest that if you want to bu a car (new or used), wait untill troops have deployed (like they have right now) and then go buy a car. Dealerships around here get A LOT of business from soldiers and their families and when theyre gone, they arent getting that business. We got a good deal on our van because they really needed to make a sale that day.
