BEWARE!!I took my 2006 Crysler Town and Country Mini Van to Gary Matthews for an oil change, tire rotation and breaks. I was called later in the day by the service manager and informed that my steering rack was leaking power steering fluid and I would need a new steering rack. The charge was over \$1000. I declined on the repair. I took my van to the Chrysler dealership where I purchased my van and they checked out the steering rack and informed me that the rack did not have a leak. There was nothing wrong with my steering r... read more
try Gupton motors in Russellville, ky, a lot of people from clarksville area go there, they are a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealer, but its a small dealership with only 2 mechanics, but they are honest and do a good job.
I recently purchased a new truck from Glen Kasper and his sales team of LIARS. I have been lied to by 4 different people all the way from the salesman to upper management, now they refuse to answer my calls or return phone calls. Promises were made and not followed thru on. They told me what I wanted and needed to hear just to make a sell. Not to mentioned they lied about rebates and interest rates later to find out that they screwed me out of 4000 grand and ended up screwing me out of 600 on my trade. They moved numbers aro... read more
I bought a care 4 month ago, A Nissan Altima 2002. and I took it to service and they toldme that I need to replace lots of parts, the car need new tires.. . that is not fair I trust in the dealer, I though they was a serious people and sold me a car that I need to put \$2,500. I just bought the car in June 2010.
This is by far the WORST dealership that I have ever experienced. I would forewarn anyone that is military to go to the CAO office at Fort Campbell to check out the list that they have of complaints on this dealership. I sure I would have. It was not only the worst car deal EVER! It was the worst customer service with not only the service department but also the sales. Being a sales consultant for a long period of time you can tell that there is a severe lack of leadership at Gary Mathews. My husband and I have been lied to ... read more
Worst place to buy a car they got me good. They should be on the post black list all military must stay clear.
The parts department is always very friendly and eager to help me fill the order needed for the body shop I work at. Sam always has the order there when promised or a prompt response on its estimated time of arrival
i bought a dodge neon from here and then traded it for a jeep liberty. it took a little while but chris worked really hard for me to get a good deal on my jeep. if you want to buy a new car from here you should say that Troy Dingley sent you and go to Chris Moline. he is the top sales man right now and he does a great job.
Beware! You cannot trust Gary Mathews!! Took my vehicle to their service department cause I was concerned about a noise I heard on my tire & whine when driving, they call me to inform me I had steering rack leak & needed replaced, transmission soliand pack leak, water pump leak, and that my front bushings and ends were gone & all this will cost me \$2,500! I declined the repairs and told them I was picking it up. When I got there, its still in the shop on the rack & this is when they inform me I have a recalled part they hav... read more
