Clarksville deserves a better group providing service to their vehicles. Recently i purchased a 2012 Dodge Charger from them. Their poor service began when they ran my credit through more than 8 different places after i had been approved doing significant damage to my credit score. Then the poor service was carried on to the car when after owning the vehicle for one and a half weeks the vehicle shut down in the middle of the road while moving. Worse dealership I ve ever been too. Tried telling me that we qualified for all of these incentives and they have us in mind...that s a lie. I ve priced the dart which I was looking at and have been pricing for a few months, knowing what the car is worth and what is expected, when they came in with the price, they were wanting double..lets just say for 500 a month, I d be expecting like a Buick in my garage. I have purchased a vehicle before here at Gary Matthews in June of 2012 and did not have the greatest experience. Today I came in to discuss possible trade and Ron Morgan was my salesman. He was absolutly amazing. I did not feel overwhelmed,pushed,or in any manor have any negativity around. He was the most pleasant salesman I have ever dealt with. I will be back to purchase a vehicle with the New Gary Matthews facility.
