bought a f250 and wasn't told it already had transmission replaced ,it is in shop to fix transmission problem and leak ,with absolutely no help from dealership..

I have always been pleased with the service every time I've brought my Jeep in. Just recently I had to visit the collision Dept. and they were very detailed in repairing things that could have gone undetected, and I received my vehicle back on the scheduled date looking good as new!! I would definitely recommend them!

I bought a car from Gary Mathews Motors in June 2014. Since then, I have been repeatedly called and asked about trading it in, buying a new car, etc., on weekends, nights, and holidays. I asked multiple times to be removed from their lists with no results. They claim that they want to "keep the customer relationship", but the customer has asked for a more distant relationship! I will not purchase another vehicle from them again.
Friendly, courteous staff that worked to meet the buyers needs and wants. I feel that Eric, TW and the entire staff worked hard to give me the best deal on my new Jeep Rubicon. Everyone at Gary Matthews showed genuine care and were upfront with me at all times. They have earned my trust and respect and will continue to get my business as long as I remain in this area.

Service department!! had issues with the servicing / warranty of my vehicle !🤬🤬🤬WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!Deftly not customer friendly Just there to sell you overpriced parts and service Period. I will be taking my vehicle that I bought from Gary matthews motors somewhere else for service.
This place is a joke don’t go here because we got a car from them back in March. We asked if it had been in any accidents or anything and he acted shady well we are trying to get a different car at another dealer and it turns out it was in a wreck and now it’s not worth as much so thanks for taking an advantage on us.
