Demetrius was so helpful and I got everything I wanted
I took my truck in for recall repairs and to have my radio checked out. The Tech told me how long the wait was and asked if I wanted to wait or have the shuttle run me home, I chose the shuttle. When my truck was done, my phone rings, it’s the shuttle driver outside waiting on me.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I traded in a vehicle 2 months ago and the loan still hasn’t been paid off by them and every time I call I get hung up on or lied to. They are all assholes there and just rush you off the phone.
We just got our first new car. Thanks Greg Rhodes for the help and for making it a really positive experience. No fuss, no nonsense, and we got exactly what we wanted at a price we can afford. Great deal and great dealership. We couldn't be happier.
