With Reservations.... Extremely Dissapointed in my last Service Call. Tried to set an Appointment to Replace a Broken Windshield Washer Nozzle. Told they were booked for the next 2 Weeks. Truck under Warranty. Told it would be a 1 hr Diagnostic Plus Labor. WTF. Bought replacement Nozzle and Replaced it in 10 min. Not a good way to keep a Customer. Obviously could have been done by the Fast Lane.
Do NOT recommend. If you’re new in the area look elsewhere.
My fathers truck just about caught fire in his driveway!! Just 3 months this stealership looked his truck over for the S68 safety recall and said it passed and no further action is required! I have the part number off the alternator and IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REPLACED! Don't trust this dealership. They do not do honest work. *Update* FCA has called in a special investigator to look the truck over. The NHTSA has been notified and helped speed up the process. We purchased a used 2009 chevy cobalt from them. We had purchased it to help a friend out. We payed $3,800.00 for it. Our friend had it for 2 weeks and noticed the transmission slipping. We picked it up and took it to get looked at and discovered the transmission was dying. We contacted Gary Matthews Motors about it. They told us to have it towed to a garage of their choice. Brought my Jeep to them to be fixed from an accident, thinking I was taking it to the “expert” since Gary Mathews is a Jeep dealership. Yeah not making that mistake again. Picked my Jeep up and it was not fixed properly, then manager wanted to argue with me about concerns and customer satisfaction issues I presented to him. From buying a vehicle with Gary Matthews to getting service done by Gary Matthews I would not recommend them!
Super painless, minus the money pay lol. Extremely courteous, and prompt with answers to all of my questions! We were actually there an hour and a half after closing, on a Saturday while they worked their magic, because i work 7 days a week. I think they should give s wa ag for new vehicle purchases though
Customer Service is Incredible! Landen Mathews was extremely friendly. Would recommend to anyone!!!!
