Thomas and the service department are incredible! Today they installed a new sensor on my Jeep that I thought I was going to be able to do myself and ended up not being able to. They not only installed it for me, they kept me informed along the way and didn’t charge me for the service. They have been nothing but kind and helpful every time I bring my Jeep in!
They need better management. The manager over the automotive body shop is rude and disrespectful as well as argumentive and is not shy about talking badly about his employees in front of customers.
We absolutely love ❤️ this place they helped us with getting into another vehicle which was a 2015 Jeep Cherokee after being involved in a bad car accident on 10/22/19 I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone
Service department has been a nightmare to deal with and finally get my vehicle back after close to two months that they have had it for it to be in worse condition then when I originally dropped it off! We have close to five thousand dollars in repairs and rental and still no vehicle.
We just moved here from NH. Our Jeep was brought in to the service department for a question about service that we already knew from a technician elsewhere what the issue was. Without going through all the details of the conversation, what solidified our decision to NEVER return was when the service tech told us to go back to NH to get our Jeep fixed. 🤦🏻♀️
Waste of time. I won’t be a return customer
Friends stay away from this place, go to Nashville. They will sell you a car in a heartbeat but getting warranty and recalls (customer service) is painful. Not the first time or first vehicle I am leaving with (from the service department) unsatisfied. For today: Made airbag recall appt weeks ago and they did not have the parts or courtesy to call let me know. Stay away from here, add to post they also damaged the dash around the air bag on passenger side.
I bought a Jeep on May 24 and was promised a spare tire kit. It's now July 17th and I still don't have one. Now I'm told it will be September. Keep getting the run around.
