Gardiner Animal Hospital is one of the last family run mixed veterinary practices around. Mixed veterinary practice means we take care of animals large and small, from your house cat to your 2500lbs draft horse. Gardiner Animal Hospital is the only practice locally with an on staff grief counselor. Dealing with pet loss is hard our pets are our family. Once monthly we offer group counseling sessions.

I wish I had found this group many years ago. My dog has many issues. Seizures, allergies and stomach issues. They took the time to figure everything out and now I have a happy dog. This group is also had the friendliest staff. If you are looking for a dedicated group of vets, techs and assistants. This is the group
We want to thank everyone at Gardiner Animal Hospital. They all cared so much for our love Simon and tried very hard to help him. It was such a sad time for us and you made it bearable and let Simon die with dignity. We can't thank you enough for helping us through a horrible time.

Simply the best. Extended my beloved cat's life 11 years with skilled surgery. When it was time to transition her across the rainbow bridge at age 16+, Dr. Fougere could not have been more sensitive in providing a peaceful transition. I shall always be deeply grateful to ALL the caring staff members at Gardiner Animal Hospital.
I brought my dog here a few years ago accompanied by my 8 year old daughter at the time. He had swallowed something and it wasnt passing. Surgery was discussed but it wasnt a guarantee that it would be a success. They were nice enough to itemize and print out the cost of everything that would need to be done. They gave me a few minutes to call my husband and discuss our options/ surgery or euthanize him. I did not appreciate the lack of compassion they had towards me and my daughter during the time.
