They lost our appointment for our first visit with our new kitten (only 3 lbs) who was sick & vomiting. They were rude on the phone & opted not to rectify their mistake even though my kitten was sick. Opted to take my kitten elsewhere. The vet I know see got us in the next morning & were lovely. I will never consider using this vet again.
