Gardiner Animal Hospital is one of the last family run mixed veterinary practices around. Mixed veterinary practice means we take care of animals large and small, from your house cat to your 2500lbs draft horse. Gardiner Animal Hospital is the only practice locally with an on staff grief counselor. Dealing with pet loss is hard our pets are our family. Once monthly we offer group counseling sessions.

Azula went in today to get some annual shots and some blood taken. They were so calm with her and treated her with care. Everyone working at the Gardiner Animal Hospital is kind hearted and genuine. I will recommend all my friends with pets to this hospital!
From 1968 until I moved to New Mexico in 2004, Dr. "G " was my Vet. He and Mrs. "G" had such compassion and kindness towards all of my Dobies, my horses, my Angus, my cats, my rescues and myself. The "critter" insights and lessons that I learned over these years were priceless. He explained animals, their illnesses, how they sublimated pain and how we humans should respect them when it was time for us to let them pass on.
