Sales Rep is nice and helpful. Estimated time for oil change is 1 1/2 hour, but one hour the job was completed.
This dealership had poor communication. Clearly did not have much experience with electric vehicles and did not spend much time during pickup helping us learn to use the features in the car. The person in charge of our financing was by far the most helpful and attentive.
