From the moment I arrived, the process was fast. A gentleman checked me in for my appointment and service advisor, Will, helped throughout the process. I had a previous bad experience at a different Honda location. I came in for a recall. Since the wait would take longer than usual, they offered me a Lyft back home. Will made sure I had an awesome experience at Gardena Honda. Everything was done correctly. Thank you!

They LIE! They will literally tell you ANYTHING to make a sale. They dont call you back when they mess up! Go somewhere else!

It was very efficient and organised. The service representative was extremely friendly and helpful. I only wish I was loner vehicles were available for long services.

They were slow and did not seem knowledgeable. I made a reservation stating why I was taking my vehicle in but they still asked as if they had no idea. I asked for updates on my vehicle and got different answers depending on who I spoke to. And no update was correct or true. I asked for my vehicle to be washed after they had already kept it overnight. I was told that it was not a problem and would be done. When I got the call that my car was ready it had not been washed.
