This last visit. Your rep. Said I need all this work done on my car and my car only have 18,000 miles. And at the end before I paid your rep said I needed brakes all around. So I went and had someone else look at my brakes. And they I didn't need brakes. So I feel like you guys are taking advantage of customer. The service center is terrible. I took my car in for routine maintenance, and the service advisor told me that the A/C was covered under an extended warranty. He said he’d take a look at it. I get my car back, and the very next afternoon, I turn on the A/C—only to find it's blowing hot air.

Dexter was amazing, he made me give this dealership one star. DJ that floor manager was so passive aggressive it was disgusting. Every second he was involved he made the purchase process extremely uncomfortable. The vehicle I purchased wasn’t even ready to be test driven for a week.
