A 45 minute job took four hours to complete , if I was informed that. I wouldn’t have left my car there I would’ve made another appointment

Very helpful in every respect. Personable, honest interaction. The delivery person was exceptionally helpful in handling paperwork and explaining the features of the car, including setting up the phone to car interface.
