This was my favorite service appointment so far. Art made everything really easy & smooth for me. I will be coming to this location & service rep going forward.
The wait is to long, and communication should be on top of everything, when I was told the car was ready to be picked up, the sales man said nobody told him about it so he didn’t get it ready. A 30 minute wait became 3 hours. But he was really honest about it and I appreciated that.
Always have a pleasant experience when dealing with Gardena Honda. From purchasing vehicles(3) to have them serviced. Extremely knowledgeable salesperson, as well as service advisors. I gladly recommend Gardena Honda to friends/family.

People there are friendly and respectful quick service they get you in and out in a timely manner!
The dealership was good. I went in for an update for the accord. After the update the accord no longer has sport mode. I went back in to the dealership 21 days later. I don’t think they believe me. I know my own accord. In 2025 My accord 2023 with less than 5000 miles. They could not or would not fix it for me. But as I said good dealership and I have a great 2023 accord ex. Thank you.

It’s ok I have had better deals in the past then today haven’t heard from the dealer when the car will be ready for pick up for my new trade finance was very helpful and the guy that sold me the car
