I had to take the car twice for the same issue with the alternator. The second one took 2 days to figure out that the new alternator was not good. When they worked on replacing the alternator the first time, the tech did not put back the plastic cover properly on the wheel well. The second time, the tech did not put the passenger plastic door sill properly after tracing the electrical cable and I was not able to put it back without double sided tapes. Mili was very helpful and very patient. Took her time answering my questions and making sure I didn’t miss a car I wanted to see . Offered options and tried to get me a good deal! Didn’t feel like she was just trying to make one of the many sales she makes.
