Service Advisor Jario Baeza was very professional in providing service, very knowledgeable about the needs of the vehicle. He advised what was needed at that time. He was truthful about the wait time it will take for the car to be fixed.
Redid transmission flush since previous procedure was not put in the records. Time frame was on schedule.
