I was looking to upgrade my car and was convinced by staff to lease a prologue. Within 12 hours I knew I hated the car. Staff said I couldn’t afford end or reverse my lease since I accepted a rebate that was offered? Now I’m stuck with a car I hate and don’t know how to use. I will never return to this dealer and worse, i think I will never own a Honda again after having 3 Hondas in a row.

3hrs for an oil change with an appointment, Totally unacceptable. Will just go to a jiffy lube in the future
