They wrongly diagnosed my car and charged me for a service they did not perform. I will never come back due to they’re lack of knowledge in the service & shop department. They lack in customer service.

I had a pleasant experience all around. The mechanic tried to be as thorough as he could with the issues I described the car was having. Because it was an occasional issue the vehicle was giving me, and although the mechanic did do an inspection of the components of the suspension and even rode with me to see if I could replicate the issue, he decided not to charge me anything due to not being able to find exactly what the issue was.
