Misled about pricing , giving proper price at different Honda . Was not contacted when car was finished with maintenance . 2nd time in a row car was finished but not contacted . Kept vehicle for over 5 hours .

Service was efficient but the next day the tire light on the dash came on & had to return. Apparently whoever rotated tires neglected to check pressure & all were under inflated. Slight inconvenience.

They advertised a used car online for $25,000. When the salesman “showed me some numbers” he said the dealer paid $29,000 for the car but could sell it at a loss for $27,000. Does Gardena Honda instruct its associates to lie to customers during negotiations?

Beware of the added add ons. They Claim you need to get them in order to move forward with purchase. When you try to cancel the add ons they said to wait. Contract clearly states I can cancel anytime for any reason!
