The staff is very attentive to the needs of tenants and they always make time to speak with you while you're in the office. The location is convenient, the maintenance staff is quick and knowledgable, and the parking and security situations are ideal.
I love living at Garden Park! The staff and the residents are all so nice. I wish the kitchen was a little larger and that there was more bicycle parking, but it has a great location, great atmosphere, and great space.

Love these apartments! So easy to get to campus via the bus routes that run right beside the complex. The staff in the office (Josephine and Brad) are both so amazing and easy to work with! They both know the tenants and really care. If I ever have an issue, maintenance comes either the day of or one day after to fix it. My apartment is quiet and well-maintained. The Asian girl who works in the office is the sweetest person I've met! She really cares about everyone's needs and goes out of her way to make everyone comfortable and happy :)
Lived here for almost 4 years starting in 2010. The apartments were nice and well maintained, with good amenities especially for the price, but what I really loved was the location. Everything was conveniently near. Cons: can be full of rowdy college kids, but likely you're a rowdy college kid, too.
Beautiful complex and an amazing staff! Love living here!
