I moved in with my son in January and have loved it ever since. The women down in the office are so sweet and very helpful. I love the added security of the gates as well as the pool and office center. The construction across the street is kind of annoying but at least they are getting their apartments built quickly. With the location I can’t beat the commute to work and school. I definitely plan on staying here until graduation

They lost my roommate's information and saying that she's living here illegally, although we paid the application fee and filled out all the documents. Poor management! Do not live her if you don't want your social security number throwing in random place !

I drove up and stepped out to puke in the driveway. I noticed the gates were open with no one in site. I thought it was supposed to be a gated community. I noticed a lot of college kids and I just cant imagine how loud this place or any please near the college would be. Open gates tells me the people don't care about their home so it's a no for me. When I walked in there was 2 people in the office and both on their cell phones so I just walked out. This was literally at the top of my list and I had looked around all day. Wha... read more

So excited to move into my new apartment! The staff was extremely helpful and was very diligent in making sure my move in process was smooth. Office managers are always happy to help and the maintenance guys were friendly and efficient. I'm excited to spend my year here at this complex!

One of the best apartment complexes in town! Being a transfer student, I had to find somewhere to live and fast. Garden Park staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in helping me find my new home for the year. With safety in mind (courtesy officer on site and being gated!), affordable prices and being pet friendly, it certainly checked all the boxes!

I thought it was going to be a quiet place. It’s not very disappointing. If someone is being extremely loud the courtesy officer is nonexistent (please note that the vast majority of their 5 star ratings are from a year or two ago. This place has gone downhill)
