I thought it was going to be a quiet place. It’s not :( very disappointing. If someone is being extremely loud the courtesy officer is nonexistent (please note that the vast majority of their 5 star ratings are from a year or two ago. This place has gone downhill)
Very nice place. Everything is well maintained and the apartment manager Alexis is a very kind person with excellent hospitality. My only concern is minimal. The front grid iron gate on my location of the complex is left open nearly 24/7. IMHO, that compromises the safety of the residents. Every where else the iron gates are always closed as intended. Toured last week and moved in today! They were super helpful with everything and I am so excited to start living here and love my new apartment!!
Absolute WORST experience I have had ANYWHERE!!! Apartment manager is the most horrible human being... zero respect for the people they are overcharging for shabby apartments and even worse amenities. You can expect: always cold hot-tub, mostly broken gym equipment, slanted pool table with broken pool ques, inconvenient office hours, inconvenient payment options, maximum fines, no deposit refund. Once you sign that lease, you're screwed. Just stay away from this place.

For the 5th time they are raising our rent. The first couple times was without any notice whatsoever. Now our lease has been shortened by a month from the lease we signed and in order to stay they told us to pay an extra $100 per month. Which this place is nowhere near worth but we were ok with it. Now they are telling us we have to pay another $109 on top of the $100 extra already paid. Lies, lies, lies. That's all they do here.
